Abstract

This article introduces the concept of human cloning and the ethical, legal and social issues surrounding it. Issues include the ramifications of clinical failures, clones’ sense of identity and independence, implications for treating infertility, reproductive autonomy and the need to resolve these issues when making policy on human cloning.
